Product Application

Wet Ball Mills Application:

Wet ball mills have a wide range of applications and can handle various types of metallic and non-metallic ores, commonly including gold ore, silver ore, copper ore, iron ore, molybdenum ore, phosphate ore, feldspar ore, fluorite ore, and more. As long as the material does not adversely affect the quality of the final product when it comes into contact with water, wet ball mills can be used. Ores that require beneficiation processing are typically processed using wet ball mills.
Dry Ball Mills Application:
Dry type ball mill has no water in the production, and cylindrical in design, are equipped with wind conducting device, dust discharging pipe, and collection systems. Dry ball mills are mainly used in gypsum, cement, limestone, calcium carbonate, marble, talc, barite, bauxite, ceramics, glass, graphite, coal, feldspar, quartz, silica sand, potash feldspar, phosphorus ore, fluorite, clay, and various minerals.

Operating Principle

The wet ball mill needs to add an appropriate amount of water or absolute ethanol during the grinding process, which means that there are certain requirements for the concentration of grinding. The amount of water is determined by the nature of the material. Qualified materials are discharged out of the cylinder through the discharge part, and unqualified materials are returned to the wet ball mill again for re-grinding.
