The structure of hammer crusher
The main working part of hammer crusher is rotors with hammer. The rotors consist of main shaft, disk, pin shaft and hammers. The motor drives the rotors to rotate quickly in the crushing cavity. Raw materials enter the crusher through the feed opening and are stricken, impacted, cut and ground by the high-speed hammer to small size. There is a screening plate under the rotor, so that materials with size smaller than the screen mesh will be screened out and others are left to be further hammered and ground until reach the standard size. The size of the final product can be adjusted by changing the screening plate. The gap between the rotors and the screening plate can also be adjusted according to different requirement.
1.The body
The shell of hammer crusher is composed of the lower body, the back cover, the left side wall and the right side wall.The upper part is provided with a feed port, and the inner wall of the machine shell is inlaid with high manganese steel lining plate, which is convenient to replace the worn lining plate.The lower body is welded with carbon structure steel plate. In order to place bearings on both sides to support the rotor, bearing bearings are welded with high manganese steel.The lower part of the housing can be fixed directly on the concrete with foot bolts. The rear upper cover, left side wall and right side wall of the housing are all welded with carbon structural steel plate.There is no protective measures between the housing and the shaft, and the leakage of ash is very serious. In order to prevent the leakage of ash, all the places where any part of the housing contacts with the shaft are provided with shaft seals.In order to facilitate maintenance, adjustment and replacement of grate and hammer head, there are manholes in the lower body and two side walls.
2. The rotor
The rotor is the main working part of the hammer crusher, the rotor is composed of the spindle, hammer disc, pin shaft, hammer head, disk evenly open distribution of pin holes, with pin shaft suspension hammer head, in order to prevent the axial movement of the disk and hammer head, with lock nut fixed at both ends of the pin shaft.The rotor is supported on two rolling bearings, which are bolted to the base of the lower body, and two positioning pins are fixed on the central pitch of the bearing.In order to make the rotor in motion to store a certain amount of kinetic energy, used to reduce the motor's peak load and reduce the wear of the hammer head, specially in one end of the spindle flywheel.Several main components of the rotor are described in detail below.
3. The main shaft
The spindle is the most important part of the hammer crusher supporting the rotor, the weight of the rotor, the hammer head, the impact force are borne by it, so the material of the spindle needs to have a high toughness and strength, the material of the spindle USES high quality alloy steel, through ultrasonic testing to process the quenching and tempering treatment.2.2 the hammer disc of the hammer crusher is used to suspend the hammer head. 4. The hammer head
