1.Product Application
Based on the traditional dryer, Tower Dryer (also known vertical dryer) is specially designed for the mineral materials, which can stand the high temperature, such as iron powder, copper powder, aluminum powder and other materials. The complete production will be supplied, and the professional Chinese engineer will guide your installation. Due to the excellent design and manufacture, the drying effect are so perfect, the moisture of final products can be reduced to 5%, even less than 5%.
2.Working principle
(1) The molded balls which contain much moisture are transmitted to the top by conveyor, and then they are evenly distributed on the top total cross-section by distribution device.
(2) Briquettes are on the operating rail, one side fall down slowly by gravity, one side go ahead heat change with strong wind. The moisture which is evaporated from briquette is taken away randomly by the strong wind. The briquettes achieve intensive drying after two hours evaporation process.
