Briquette Machine Introduction:
Our briquette making machine is a versatile powerhouse in the industry, adept at pressing materials such as coal, charcoal, metal, and other powders under 5mm with a formidable pressure of 100 tons, effortlessly transforming them into durable briquettes.
Available Shape of the Final Product:
Choose from an array of shapes for your final product: oval, egg, square, pillow, bread shape, and more. The standard machine comes with an oval roller, but we can customize the roller to suit your desired shape.
Briquette Machine Whole Plant:
The briquette machine process encompasses several critical stages: Feeding → Crushing → Mixing → Ball Pressing → Drying → Final Product, ensuring a seamless production cycle.
Feeding and Crushing: The process begins by feeding materials into the compound crusher, where they are finely crushed into ultra-small powder, preparing them for the subsequent stages.
Mixing and Briquetting: In the dual shaft mixer, the powder is thoroughly mixed with a binder. The well-mixed powder is then fed into the briquette machine, where it is expertly pressed into your choice of ball shape.
Drying: Post-production, the briquettes contain moisture and require drying to become fully functional. We offer both horizontal and vertical dryers to meticulously dry your briquettes to perfection.
