Description:
The whole machine includes one outer stove, three inner stoves, and the 3 ton hoisting tools.
When one inner stove finished carbonization, we will use the hoisting tools to hoist the inner stove out from the outer stove, then let the inner stove natural cooling, at the same time, we can put another inner stove into the outer stove, which will save a lot of time, so the productivity increases a lot, it is the ideal choice for mass production of charcoal.

Specifications:
 1.Charcoal capacity: 1.5-2T/24hrs for wood logs, wood briquettes;
 1.5-1.8T/24 hrs for nut shell, coconut shell, etc.

 2.Structure: One outher stove, three inner stoves, one electric hoist and one clean system

Main Structure 

(1) Outer stove
includes heating room (for heating the inner stove), furnace body and heat-keeping layer (it is made of the heat insulating material)
(2) Inner stove
Consist of the stove tank body and the sealed top cap. They are made of the heat resistance thermal steel, three inner stove can be stacked together for saving space and shipping cost.
(3) Smoking recycle tube
During the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke.( can be burning) the smoke can be collected and returned to the furnace.
(4) Purification tank
This system is consisting of purification tank and the exhaust-heated cycle pipe.
(5) Hoisting equipment
it include the steel hoisting frame and the E-hoist .And it is easy for loading and unloading the stove.

Applicable Raw Materials
Maize stalks, soybean stalks, fire wood ,parawood scraps,palm shell,broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo saw dust,bagasse, wood chips, rice husk, coffee husk,coir pith, jute sticks, groundnut shells, Bamboo,wood, Mustard stalk and cotton stalks .etc
Operating Guide

1, Open the sealing cover, take out the basket. Put in raw materials( such as the wood logs, wood briquettes, wood chips, coconut shell or macadamia-nut shell). If the raw materials are the granular size ( such as coconut shell or macadamia-nut shell). We should put the cylinder venting in the basket firstly. make sure there's enough space inside.

2, Set up the basket and use the hoisting tools to put it in the main charcoal stove. Also should put the cover and use the sand or mud to seal the connection pats.

3, Heat in the base of the stove by fuel materials. With the temperature of rising, some smoke will come out from the exhaust port.

4, When the temperature of the basket reach to high degree ( different raw materials has different temperature). When the smoke color becomes light yellow, we should connect fume extraction tube at once, let the smoke return back to the stove. Also stop heating by the fuel at the same time. The materials ( wood logs or the shell) are during the progress of carbonizing.When the temperature reach to 450 degree, should stop heating and finished carbonized.Then disconnect the jointing parts. Taking the basket out from the main furnace( can not open the sealing cover) and let the materials cool by themself. When the temperature is about 50 degree, we can open the sealing cover and take out the charcoal.Another two inner stove can be operated as the above method for continuous carbonization.
