2. Brief Introduction
Hammer crusher is widely used in crushing the medium hardness and brittle materials in mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, building materials, roads, fuel and other fields. The porosity on the grid section can be adjusted to meet different particle sizes as per requirements. It can crush in dry & wet way.
3. Working Principle
Hammer crusher mainly depends the impact energy to complete the crushing process. When the hammer crusher works:
1). Under the driven by the motor, the rotor with hammers on it keeps rotating in high speed.
2). The materials go into the crushing cavity evenly.
3). Then the materials are impacted, sheared, and torn by the high-speed rotating hammer.
4). At the meantime, materials are rushing at the dam-board and screen plate from the high-speed rotating hammer under its own gravity effect.
5). The screen plate is designed under the rotor, crushed particles which is smaller than the mesh size are released out. The bigger ones are blocked on the screen plate and go on with re-impacted and ground by the hammer.
6). The materials crushed into required size will all discharge through the meshes on screen plate finally.

A: According to clients request, we can provide installation technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment. Travel and accommodation costs, plus USD80.00 per day per one to be met by the client.
2). Q:Payment
A: 30% by T/T by order + 70% before shipment.
3). Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down?
A: The warranty period for all of Hengchang's structural and mechanical equipment is normally one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is six months. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
4). Q: What should we do if we want to get a best quotation?
A: If you want to get the correct and exact selection of the model earlier, please help us with following information: a.the capacity (tons per hour ). b.input and output size. c.stone material to be crushed.
