The main functions of the vibrating dewatering screen are dehydration and desliming. It can be used for washing sand in sand and aggregate factories, recovering coal slime in coal preparation plants, dry discharge of tailings in mineral processing plants, etc.


Working principle of vibrating dewatering screen
The double motor self-synchronous technology, universal eccentric block and adjustable amplitude vibrator are adopted.It is mainly composed of screen box, exciter, supporting system and motor.Two unrelated vibrators for synchronous reverse operation, two groups of eccentric mass produced by the centrifugal force along the vibration direction of the component superposition, reverse centrifugal offset, thus forming a single vibration along the vibration direction, the screen box reciprocating linear motion.
