Sand Making Line

General introduction of sand making line
This sand making line includes Vibrating Feeder, Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher (or Impact Fine Crusher), Vertical Impact Crusher (Sand Maker), Vibrating Screen, Sand Washer, Belt Conveyor, Control System and so on. It can crush limestone, quartz, granite, basalt, river stones etc into sand for construction; The capacity ranging from 30 to 300TPH.

Working Principle of sand making line
Raw materials in big size are sent to jaw crusher evenly by vibrating feeder for primary crushing. Then the crushed materials are sent to cone crusher (or impact crusher) by belt conveyor for secondary crushing, after that, the materials are sent to vibrating screen by belt conveyor for screening into different sizes. The final sand (come out from the bottom sieve) is sent to clean in sand washer, and then is sent to the final products pile. The bigger sizes ones (stones on the top sieve) will be sent to vertical impact crusher (sand maker) for fine crushing, and then is sent to vibrating screen again for sieving. This forms closed and continuously automatic cycles.
