Roll crusher is also called double roll crusher, roller crusher,teeth roller crusher,
and it is suitable for crushing materialswhose feeding granularity is smaller
than 80mm and whosefinal granularity is 50mm-20mm.
The roller crusher has widely application in the industries of mining, building materials, chemical industry,
metallurgy, etc.
Frame:The supporting structure of the double-roll crusher, usually welded from steel plates,
with high strength and stability.
Roller:The core component, usually made of cast iron or steel plates, the surface can be processed
into different shapes (such as raised gears or cams) as needed to increase the friction between
the material and the roller and improve the crushing effect. The diameter and width of the roller
can be selected according to different crushing requirements.
Transmission:It consists of motors, reducers, couplings and other parts to provide power to
the roller so that it can rotate and crush materials.
Feed port and discharge port:Located at the top and bottom of the frame respectively,
used for the entry and exit of materials.The size and shape of the feed port and discharge
port can be designed according to different materials.
The main structure of the wheel gearing is composed of fixed roll, movable roll, drive shaft, machine box,
chassis, cover piece, and long gear cover. The motive power of the machine comes from the
V-belt pulley of the electro motor, and a pair of middle reduction gear will make the fixed roll rotate,
and then a pair of long gear drive on the other side of the fixed roll will drive the movable roll,
and the two rolls perform relative movement to squeeze the materials.
