Metal Industry Application

The main structure
Kiln section
The kiln head is a part of the rotary kiln, with a diameter greater than the diameter of the rotary kiln, and it is sealed by stainless steel fish scales and kiln. The main components are the inspection openings, coal injection nozzles, trolleys, and observation holes.
Kiln section
It is the main body of a rotary kiln (rotary kiln), usually 30 to 150 meters long, cylindrical, with 3 to 5 rolling rings in the middle. Most of the cylinders are processed by the factory into 3 to 10 sections, which are welded after being transported by large trucks to the destination. The part of the rolling ring, also commonly known as the tire ring, is made of molten steel. Cooler and preheater are the devices that cool the rotary kiln material quickly after cooling. It looks like a small rotary kiln. It is smaller and shorter in diameter. It doesn't need to lay firebricks and it is replaced by risers. The main role is to cool down the finished product quickly.
conveyor
Conveyor belt is the material conveying device of rotary kiln.
