1.Usage And Application
Four-toothed roller crusher is suitable for compression strength less than 200Mpa, humidity less than 30% of the medium hard and soft materials.In addition,it is for fine and intermediate crushing which has few powder and lots of grains. Such as coal, coke, fertilizer, raw material, petroleum coke, glass, chemicals and other solid materials. Features: low use and maintenance costs,high ratio of reduction, high reliability, low dust , low noise.
2.Structure
Four-toothed roller crusher is fixed with four abrasive rollers, the top two are discaling rollers, the next two are flat. Maximum feeding 700mm ,range of the discharge is 2-20mm. It is Operated in the intermediate and fine crushing. Such as thermal power plant`s fluidized bed boiler; The breaking of ordinary steam coal; fertilizer raw material crushing of fertilizer plant; solar industry crushes waste glass tube; or in the similar occasion.
3.Working principle
Four-toothed roller crusher is fixed with four high-strength wear-resistant grinding rollers. Their relative rotation generates high extrusion pressure and shear force. The material is entered into the space between the two rollers. The first time, it is extruded, rolled and sheared (thick broken). Then it comes to the next two rotating rollers. Here it is extrueded, cut and grounded to the required size, sent by the transport equipment.

A: According to clients request, we can provide installation technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment. Travel and accommodation costs, plus USD80 per day per one to be met by the client.
2. Q:Payment
A: 30% by T/T by order + 70% before shipment.
3. Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down?
A: The warranty period for all of Hengchang's structural and mechanical equipment is normally one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is six months. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
