Shaking table is a main processing equipment used for sorting fine grained materials by gravity. It's widely applicable to the selection of tin, tungsten, gold and silver, lead, zinc, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, ferrotitanium, coal and other rare metals and precious metals.




2.Working Principle of High Recovery Rate Gold Separator Mining Shake Table Concentrator

1. The beneficiation process is carried out on a sloping bed.
2. Raw materials are feeding from the feeder trough at the upper corner of the bed.
3. At the same time, transverse flush water is supplied by feed water tank. 
4. Mineral particles with different specific gravity and size will be separated under the action of various forces, such as: 1) gravity, 2) impulsive force by water, 3) inertia force and frictional force caused by the asymmetric reciprocating movements of bed. 
5. Mineral particles take longitudinal movement along the bed surface, in the meanwhile, take lateral movement because of the slope.
Therefore, the mineral particles in different specific gravity and size will start from the feeding side, take their respective directions, form a fan-shaped flow, and gradually flow down from the end side. Particles discharge from different areas will be finally separated to concentrate, middling, and tailing.
