1. Impact crusher is more effective to deal with large wet materials and effectively prevent material clogging.
2, the impact crusher applies to a wider range of material hardness.
3, can be convenient and flexible adjustment of the discharge particle size, wide range of adjustment.
4, wearing parts wear small, high metal utilization rate.
Impact crusher working principle
The impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to break up materials. When the machine is working, the rotor rotates at a high speed under the driving of the motor. When the material enters the action area of the hammer, it collides with the hammer on the rotor, and then is thrown to the counter-attack device to break again, and then rebounds from the counter-attack. Returning to the hammer action zone, the process is repeated, and the process is repeated, and the material is broken into the counter-attack cavity from large to small, until the material is broken to the required particle size.
Compare to other crushers, our impact crusher has bigger reduction ratio and can fully use the high speed impactenergy of entire rotor. But because the impact crusher board hammer isextremely easy to wear, it also is restricted in the hard material staveapplication. Impact crusher is usually used to break thick garrulous, garrulousor the limestone, the coal, the calcium carbide, the quartz, the dolomite, thecuring iron ore, the gypsum and the industrial chemicals which are hardfollowing brittle material.
The ideal entering material granularity of our PF type impact crusher is 100-500mm,themost greatly is not surpass the rating. The materail granularity user canajusts the hammer head and the impact board and th gap between component, according to theirs demands.
